About Altendorfer Kunststofftechnik

Altendorfer Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a medium-sized manufacturer of plastic injection-moulded parts based in Neureichenau-Gsenget in Lower Bavaria, near the tri-border area of Bavaria, Bohemia and Austria. The company manufactures technical plastic products for industries such as automotive, caravans, electrical engineering, medical technology, the furniture industry, agricultural/construction machinery and model making, as well as products for the closure and packaging sector, including screw caps and tins with lids and an integrated tear-off ring. Its value chain comprises injection moulding (26 machines with clamping forces of 25 to 350 tonnes) as well as assembly, packaging and logistics, plus finishing processes such as chrome plating, painting, metallising, hot embossing and pad printing. Another pillar is the manufacture of emblems and labels with pinpoint resin application using a special machine with a freely programmable three-axis system. Around 70 employees work on a factory floor of more than 2,000 square metres; the company, which holds numerous certifications, supplies customers in many countries of the European Union.
