ALUCA GmbH develops and manufactures vehicle racking systems and mobile storage systems made of 100% aluminium for commercial vehicles of all common types. The modular ALUCA system includes shelf trays, drawers, double floors (aluDB) with large-capacity drawers featuring full extension up to 1,640 mm, partition and plug-in walls, support frames and more than 1,000 accessory items. The aluminium components are manufactured in the company's own plant in Rosengarten, from laser cutting to final inspection. In addition to individually configured racking systems, the company offers pre-configured, ready-to-install racking packages (Start, Work, Pro) as well as load area protection and load securing. The group includes subsidiary companies in the Benelux countries, France, the United Kingdom and Austria; exports go to more than 20 European countries. Customers include trades businesses, fleet managers and car dealerships, with close ties to manufacturers through partnerships with Volkswagen (PremiumPartner), Ford (Pro Convertor), Mercedes-Benz (VanPartner), Renault and Stellantis. ALUCA grants an 8-year premium warranty on its vehicle racking systems.
