ALUCOM AG, based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, produces aluminium compounds based on its own manufacturing. The portfolio includes aluminium chlorides such as polyaluminium chlorides (PAC) and ACH under the GILUFLOC® brand, aluminium sulfates, sodium aluminates, aluminium formiates marketed under the ALTRIFORM® brand name, special aluminium hydroxides as well as aluminium-based setting and hardening accelerators for the construction industry, also as blends with iron salts and polymers. The products are used in drinking water, wastewater and process water treatment, in paper manufacturing, in the chemical industry, in tunnel and shotcrete construction as well as in paints and coatings. For the construction industry, the company offers CE-certified construction products and its own concrete laboratory. Raw material selection is carried out according to analytical criteria with clear specifications for suppliers. A dedicated field sales force serves customers by industry, and individual applications are developed together with customers.
