About Alujet-Universal
Alujet-Universal GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, specialises in customer-specific aluminium foils and aluminium strips for industrial applications. The product range includes well over 50 foil thicknesses and qualities from 10 µm to 300 µm in roll widths of 20 to 1,250 mm, in hard and soft temper, as slit strip, aluminium blanks and wound on various cores. Around 90 % of production is custom manufacturing, 10 % standard range; small quantities from around 5 kg are possible. Thanks to an extensive raw material warehouse, the company shortens typical rolling mill lead times; production and delivery time is usually around 2–3 weeks. In addition, annealing processes for soft foils, chemical degreasing for rolling-oil-free material, and embossing of aluminium foils are offered. Customers include the automotive industry, cryogenic and vacuum technology, filter and solar technology, electrical engineering, capacitor and transformer manufacturing, as well as packaging, pharmaceuticals and metal trading. Export delivery is possible.

Materials and Qualities
Aluminium alloy EN AW-1050A
Pure aluminium with an aluminium content of at least 99.5 %, generally used from foil thicknesses of 30 µm upwards.
Aluminium alloy EN AW-8079
Significantly more tear-resistant due to increased iron and silicon content, mostly used for foils below 30 µm.
Pure aluminium foil (hard/soft)
In hard or soft temper depending on the application, e.g. forming or laminating.
Aluminium strip (alloyed)
For structural use, alloyed with magnesium, silicon and/or manganese, e.g. in vehicle construction.
