About ALUKON
Since 1974, ALUKON has been developing and producing roller shutters, garage doors and roller doors, external venetian blinds, textile solar shading systems and insect protection products for the European market. The product portfolio comprises top-mounted, security, plaster-base, angled and top-box roller shutters, façade and top-mounted external venetian blinds as well as the textile solar shading system ZipTex, which has also been available for post-and-beam façades since 2024. The products are made predominantly of aluminium and are manufactured for window construction, façade and trade businesses. What began as a regional trade business with three employees in a small warehouse is today a mid-sized industrial company with more than 500 employees at two sites in Konradsreuth (Upper Franconia) and Haigerloch (Swabia). The company has digitalised its planning, ordering and production processes and offers partners a seminar programme through the ALUKON AKADEMIE. EPD environmental product declarations are available for selected products.
