ALUMERO Systematic Solutions GmbH develops and produces in Europe photovoltaic mounting systems for flat roofs, green roofs, metal roofs, tile roofs, trapezoidal sheet metal and corrugated fibre cement, as well as ground-mounted systems, PV carports and the mobile solar container solarfold. Production is predominantly from aluminium alloys and the company's own metagreen recycled aluminium with 80 % secondary content. The vertical range of manufacturing includes extrusion, profile machining on 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC centres, sheet metal working with laser, punching and bending, welding technology (MIG, MAG, TIG), surface technology such as anodising and powder coating, as well as assembly of complete assemblies according to customer drawings. The offering also includes structural calculations of the substructure and the PV planning software solar.pro.tool. The group operates four sites in Seeham and Nenzing (AT), Chorzów (PL, ALUMERO Metal Components) and Helmond (NL, ALUMERO FINEX, extrusion and surface technology) and supplies solar installers, wholesalers, EPC and energy utilities.
