About aluTM
aluTM is an engineering and manufacturing partner for system manufacturers that rely on precise, consistent aluminium components. The company produces extruded profiles to drawing or from a library of around 10,000 standard dies in five alloys (EN AW-6060, 6063, 6005, 6463, 6082). The value chain includes tool and die design, extrusion on five press lines, anodizing, powder coating, grinding and polishing, as well as CNC machining. Production capacity is 1,200 t of profiles per month, of which 450 t/month is anodizing (max. length 7.4 m) and 300 t/month powder coating (max. length 8.0 m). Customers come from architecture, construction with structural aluminium components, and system manufacturers; markets served are in Europe and North America.
