About ALWA
ALWA is a specialist in the development, manufacture and distribution of synthetic resin systems with a focus on model and mold making. In combination with special filler mixtures, easy-to-use casting resin systems are created that are used in many areas of thermoplastic and thermoset processing – in particular in the production of deep-drawing tools – as well as in the filter and ceramics industries. The portfolio includes epoxy resins, fast-casting resins, addition-crosslinking silicone casting compounds, polyester and vinyl ester resins, high-temperature resins as well as the casting resin system MOULD D for vacuum thermoforming molds. In addition, ALWA offers air-permeable materials in the form of porous plates and blocks based on aluminium, mineral, stainless steel, steel or plastic. The range is complemented by auxiliary materials, release agents and accessories as well as its own customer service. As a grown family business with more than 30 years of experience, in which the shareholder family already bears responsibility in the second generation, ALWA places great value on research, development and continuous quality control.
