About AM Pioneers
AM Pioneers is a provider of industrial additive manufacturing founded in 2021, headquartered in Dornbirn (Austria) with a technology center in Esslingen am Neckar (Germany). The company supports manufacturing enterprises in integrating 3D printing into their production processes – from potential analysis and part optimization through to the implementation of equipment technology. Using the in-house machine park in Esslingen, parts are produced from metal, engineering ceramics and plastics, from sample parts and prototypes through to series production. Manufacturing is carried out using processes such as Metal Binder Jetting, Bound Metal Deposition, ceramic SLA 3D printing, PµSL micro 3D printing, FDM and DLP. The material portfolio includes stainless steel, tool steel, copper, titanium, Inconel, engineering ceramics such as alumina and zirconia, as well as high-performance polymers. AM Pioneers also sells 3D printing systems from ARC Impact (formerly Desktop Metal), Boston Micro Fabrication, 3DCeram, Carbolite Gero and ZEISS GOM. Customer industries include aerospace, medical technology, energy, automotive, defense, electronics, microfluidics and research institutions.
