Amboss + Langbein Elektro Elektronik Gerätebau GmbH & Co. KG, based in Haan, is a provider of custom systems for the processing and automation of plastic granulates and bulk materials. The company manufactures drying cabinets and granulate dryers, dosing devices and gravimetric dosing systems, conveyors, mixers as well as in-house developed conveyor belts with self-designed plastic links. The products are manufactured entirely in-house – from steel and sheet metal processing with automated steel sawing, CNC press brakes and manual as well as semi- and fully automatic welding (6-axis robots), through manual and fully automated drilling and milling, to in-house control system construction with hardware and software development. The systems are installed, assembled and serviced at the customer's site. The main field of application is plastics processing with a focus on granulate processing; further areas of application are being developed on a customer-oriented basis. Deliveries go predominantly to Europe and Eastern Europe. Surplus machines are offered as inspected used equipment.
