About Ambulanz Mobile

Ambulanz Mobile is a German bodybuilder of ambulances and special-purpose vehicles based in Schönebeck (Elbe). Founded in 1991 on the site of the former tractor factory, the company converts more than 1,500 vehicles annually – including ambulances (TIGIS, DELFIS), patient transport vehicles (VALERIS, HORNIS, NOVARIS), emergency physician response vehicles and vehicles for transporting persons with reduced mobility (KMP). Production takes place in a 6-phase system on production lines; GRP roofs with integrated blue-light domes as well as interior parts made of ABS and Vekaplan are used. In addition to vehicle conversion, the company develops and manufactures its own assemblies such as stretcher mounts, wheelchair headrests and ramps. Customers come from emergency medical services, public authorities and patient transport; the vehicles are delivered to more than 35 countries, including the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority. The range is complemented by box body swaps, service & repair and individual vehicle wrapping.
