About AMDC

AMDC GmbH is an OEM-independent, EN 9100-certified engineering service provider headquartered in Ismaning near Munich, with core competencies in the defence sector. Its team of more than 100 engineers designs and develops systems for military applications in the fields of Hypersonic Missiles, ballistic missiles, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and loitering munition. The concepts and designs are based on the company's own scientific research for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) and the European Union. AMDC manufactures prototypes and technology demonstrators for innovative military systems and subsystems, mostly based on its own system concepts. Projects include a loitering munition testbed for the Bundeswehr Technical Centre WTD91, the Multi-Purpose Aerial Carrier System (MPAC) and, in cooperation with Airbus Defence and Space, the Low Cost Supersonic Target (LCST), a supersonic target drone capable of up to Mach 3. Customers include the Bundeswehr and Airbus Defence and Space.
