About amixon
The amixon GmbH develops and manufactures process apparatuses for the processing industry in Paderborn: powder mixers, vacuum mix-dryers, synthesis reactors, granulators and mix-dryers for dry, moist and pasty bulk solids. The product range comprises vertical twin-shaft mixers (HM), conical single-shaft mixers (AM), Gyraton large mixers up to approx. 70 m³, hollow-sphere mixers SpherHelics, KoneSlid mixers, container and continuous mixers as well as vacuum mix-dryers up to 40,000 liters. Production takes place exclusively at the Paderborn site with a high degree of in-house manufacturing; as a certified welding company, the firm processes steels, austenitic and duplex stainless steels as well as nickel alloys such as Alloy 59 and Hastelloy-C22. Manufacturing is carried out according to hygiene standards EHEDG, FDA, 3-A Sanitary Standards, GMP and ASME; the company is approved for pressure equipment of all classes (HP-0) and according to ASME ("U"-Stamp). Customers come from the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, plastics, ceramics and battery industries. More than 30 test systems in technical centers in Germany, China, Japan, India, Korea, Thailand and the USA serve for process validation with original products prior to investment.
