About AMMEGA

AMMEGA is a globally active corporate group for conveyor belting and power transmission belt solutions. It was formed in 2018 through the strategic merger of Ammeraal Beltech (founded 1950 in the Netherlands) and Megadyne (founded 1957 in Mathi, Italy), backed by Partners Group. The portfolio includes lightweight PVC- and polyurethane-coated conveyor belts, modular conveyor belts, polyurethane timing belts as well as V-belts, flat belts and rubber power transmission belts, thermoplastic solutions, PTFE- and silicone-coated fabrics and industrial hoses. The products are complemented by custom engineering, onsite installation, maintenance, technical support, digital tools and connected products and services. With around 6,000 employees, more than 190 locations in over 40 countries and 20 manufacturing sites, the group serves more than 50 industries, including food, logistics, packaging, automotive and textiles.
