About Ammeraal Beltech
Ammeraal Beltech, founded in 1950, is a manufacturer of conveyor and process belts and part of the AMMEGA Group (Ammega Group B.V.) with over 3,000 employees. The company develops, produces and maintains solutions for industries ranging from food and logistics to airports and the automotive industry. The portfolio comprises Modular Belts, Plastic & Steel Chains, Endless Woven Belts, Solid Woven Belts, Lightweight Rubber Belts, ZipLink® Belts, Homogeneous Soliflex Belts, RAPPLON® High Performance Flat Belts, Engineered Timing Belts, PTFE Belts as well as Smart Belting Solutions. At the Ammeraal Beltech Switzerland production site, with over 8,000 m² of production space, technical fabrics and web materials are coated and laminated (Coating & Lamination) using Double Belt Presses, Lamination Systems, Extruders and Mixers; in 1997, the first airbag coatings were produced there in cooperation with the German automotive industry. Materials include synthetic fabrics with top and bottom coating, cotton covers, PTFE, rubber, plastics and steel. With splicing technology (ZipLink®), Smart Belting Solutions and local 24/7 service, the company operates internationally; the portfolio is available in over 40 countries and at more than 170 locations.

Materials & Processes
Coated synthetic fabrics
Fabric plies with top and/or bottom coating, single or multi-ply, the basis of process and conveyor belts.
Cotton Covers
Cotton covers provide secure grip under temperature and moisture stress, e.g. on corrugator bridges.
PTFE
For PTFE belts with high chemical and thermal resistance.
Rubber
Material of the Lightweight Rubber Belts.
Plastic
Basis for Modular Belts, Soliflex and metal-detectable variants (uni CPB, uni OWL, uni QNB, uni MPB).
Steel
For Plastic & Steel Chains with high load capacity.
