About AMOtronics

AMOtronics is an Aachen-based company for high-speed measurement and control technology, founded in 2010 as a spin-off from the Design Competence Center (DCC) of AMO GmbH. Its core product is the modular SATURN product family: transient recorders, sequencers/cycle timers with 10-ns resolution or up to 192 digital outputs, fiber-optically coupled measurement satellites, optical router/matrix switches, an Emergency Shutdown Controller for high-power test laboratories, and the measurement and analysis software SATURN Studio II. The systems are optimized for fast signals, large data volumes, high voltages and currents, long transmission distances, and strong electromagnetic interference; signal transmission is fully isolated via optical fibers. In addition to standard products, the company develops custom turnkey systems, supports contract research and development as well as design and verification of printed circuit boards and electronic components, and operates a test, repair, and calibration laboratory. Customers come from power engineering, aerospace, automotive, defense, and research; internationally, deliveries are handled via distribution partners in Europe, America, and Asia.
