AMP Leuna GmbH (Available Maintenance Performance) is a service company for industrial maintenance and upkeep based in Leuna, Saxony-Anhalt, in the immediate vicinity of the TotalEnergies Raffinerie Mitteldeutschland refinery. Founded in 1997, the company with around 115 employees offers full-maintenance services from A to Z, technical engineering, and work during shutdown phases of industrial plants. Contract partners receive complete service packages ranging from budget and process planning through execution to quality control and project evaluation. The work is divided into three teams: piping technology (pipelines, vessel technology, columns, reactors, furnaces, heat exchangers, fittings, welding technology), mechanical engineering (pumps, compressors, blowers, lubrication and sealing systems, vibration analyses), and electrical, instrumentation & control and analytics technology (low and medium voltage, field instrumentation, chromatography, emission measurement). Customers include TotalEnergies Raffinerie Mitteldeutschland, CropEnergies, Sulzer, Flowserve, WEPA and UPM Biochemicals. The shareholders are VINCI Energies and Weber Industrieller Rohrleitungsbau & Anlagenbau Merseburg GmbH & Co. KG in equal shares.
