About Ampion
Ampion is an Austrian trading and technology company headquartered in Vienna, founded by former executives of the international charging infrastructure industry with more than ten years of manufacturer and project experience. The company sources, pre-commissions and supplies AC and DC charging infrastructure from 3.7 to 480 kW, battery-backed charging systems, battery storage solutions as well as photovoltaic and energy management components from selected, predominantly European manufacturers (XCharge, Compleo, Zaptec, go-e, supplemented by Alpitronic, Keba, Schrack). The hardware is configured, tested and shipped ready for delivery on a project basis from the warehouse in Vienna – without minimum order quantities and without manufacturer lock-in. In addition, Ampion offers OCPP-based charging station management, load and energy management software, monitoring, service-level agreements and 1st- and 2nd-level support from its own resources; installation, commissioning and maintenance are carried out via a network of certified service partners in Austria, Germany, Italy and CEE markets. Target groups are electrical wholesalers and distributors, electrical and installation contractors, energy suppliers and municipal utilities, car dealerships, fleet operators and planning offices in the markets AT, DE, IT, CZ, SK, HU and SI.
