Two Sites, One Standard
AMR-Hydraulik is a family-run company headquartered in Zwickau with a second site in Chemnitz. Since 1990, the company has manufactured, repaired and distributed hydraulic and pneumatic components, including hydraulic cylinders to ISO 6020/6022 and its own AMR standard with operating pressures of 200 to 350 bar as well as proprietary designs up to 700 bar. Manufacturing comprises CNC machining with turning lengths up to 8,000 mm, welding and metalworking as well as the assembly of standard, series and custom power units with electric motor and tank. In addition, the company offers cylinder repair with seal replacement and in-house machining, hose lines made of PU, PA and PTFE/PFA, fluid training and commercial vehicle service. A B2B webshop with 120,000 items available from stock, research and development projects (including Optivent, funded by the BMBF) and cooperation with regional universities and technical schools round out the offering. Customers come, among others, from fluid technology, pneumatics, the commercial vehicle sector and concrete element manufacturing.
