About AMS Concept Living
AMS Concept Living GmbH is an independent planning and coordination office founded in 2020 and based in Stuttgart, connecting building owners, investors and project developers with European manufacturers of modular construction solutions. The portfolio includes room modules in timber frame technology, steel construction modules, concrete panels, hybrid constructions of steel, timber, concrete and glass, as well as prefabricated modular bathroom pods. AMS accompanies projects from the initial idea through technology and partner selection, feasibility assessment and cost evaluation to project realization with interface coordination, schedule monitoring, cost control and quality monitoring. Its core competence is modular timber construction projects: together with partners, over 60,000 m² of gross floor area has been realized to date in modular timber construction in Germany, including residential complexes in Stuttgart, Kriftel, Kalbach, Künzelsau, Kernen and Potsdam. Target industries include hotel construction, serviced apartments, senior care, multi-family residential construction, student dormitories as well as commercial projects such as offices, schools and daycare centers.
