About Amsler & Frey AG
Amsler & Frey AG is an independent Swiss family company based in Schinznach Dorf (AG), specialising in the manufacture of technical plastic parts. Its core business comprises CNC turning and CNC milling of plastics with up to eight controlled axes and 5-axis technology, complemented by surface treatments such as trowalising, ultrasonic cleaning and dry-ice blasting, heat treatment (annealing and conditioning), assembly of complete units as well as 3D printing and 3D scanning. The company works exclusively with plastics and relies on dry machining without coolants to ensure contamination-free parts – an advantage, among other things, for medical and laboratory technology. In the air-conditioned production hall with around 32 CNC machines, complex components as well as small and medium series are manufactured; every part undergoes a quality inspection. Customer segments include mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, analysis and sensor technology, electrical engineering, material handling, energy supply, the public sector and the food industry. Semi-finished products and precision cut-to-size pieces are delivered within Switzerland within 24 hours.
