Ch.Batsch Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, based in Meckenheim, develops, manufactures and operates industrial vacuum distillation systems (SLD) for recovering contaminated solvents from painting and rinsing processes, especially in the automotive industry. The second-generation family business has more than 30 years of experience and is represented with systems throughout Europe as well as in Mexico and India. The modularly designed SLD systems cover a customer range from 800 to 10,000 liters per day. In the core model "Distillation as a Service", Batsch provides the system at the customer's site, takes over technical operation, remote monitoring and service, and bills per liter of processed dirty solvent. In 2026, Christine Batsch won the Innovation Prize NRW in the innovation2business category for this operator model. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
