About BAKS
BAKS has been active in the development and production of professional cable routing and installation systems since 1986 and can look back on around 40 years of experience. The product portfolio includes cable trays, wire mesh trays, self-supporting trays, cable ladders, channels, cable hangers, connecting elements as well as special systems such as the heavy outdoor cable ladder system KLIK, systems for machine power supply, lighting systems and a marine system. Manufacturing takes place on automated, CNC-controlled production lines, including systems for lengthwise and crosswise cutting of steel sheet that were modernized through EU-funded projects. Galvanized steel is used as the material, with various galvanizing processes such as Sendzimir galvanizing, Magnelis coating, hot-dip galvanizing, zinc flake coating and electrolytic galvanizing applied depending on the corrosion requirement (C1 to C5-M). In addition, BAKS supplies steel structures for the mounting of photovoltaic and solar modules on free-standing systems as well as flat and pitched roofs. Products with certified E30 and E90 fire resistance ensure the continued operation of electrical installations in the event of fire. An online catalog with calculation tools for load simulation and fill level supports system selection; the products are in use worldwide.
