Since 1995, Andreas Weise GmbH has been a partner in model, tool, mould and gauge making. At its Iserlohn site, the company manufactures complex large-format components with high precision on modern CNC milling centres. Its range of services includes design and production planning, NC programming (2.5D to 3+2-axis milling processes) using the Tebis CAM system, the construction of foundry models and core boxes from a wide variety of materials, as well as mould and tool making including foaming tools, deep-drawing moulds and mould inserts for injection and die casting. In contract machining, the company flexibly processes components from lot size 1 through to series production, complementing its offering with gauge making, 3D prototype development using 3D printing, and repairs and modifications to existing equipment.
