About us
Andres Gießereitechnik GmbH develops, manufactures and markets highly efficient systems for the aluminium industry. Since 2012, the company has been manufacturing industrial furnaces and machines for foundries, smelters and remelting plants under its own name, including shaft melting furnaces, dry-hearth melting furnaces, chip melting furnaces, ladle heating stations, holding stations, tilting stands, preheating chambers, crucible heating stations and charging machines – in gas-fired and electric versions. In addition to new systems and custom system engineering, the company offers refurbishment of furnace systems as well as service, maintenance, repair, optimization and spare parts regardless of manufacturer. Production takes place in the company's own production hall in Langenbrettach using high-quality components from Germany. The 15-member team has many years of experience in industrial furnace construction and foundry technology; managing director Ronnie Andres has been active in the industry since 2002.
