ANDRITZ Kufferath GmbH is one of the leading European specialists in the development, manufacture and distribution of forming fabrics for the paper industry. The product range includes technical wire cloth for all types of paper and paper machines (WePrint, WePack, WeCare, WeValue series) as well as TecnoWeave drainage fabrics and belts for industrial applications such as food processing, mining, wastewater treatment, wood, chemicals, plastics, building materials, nonwovens and glass fiber production. In addition, the company offers technical services such as drainage measurements, wear analyses with remaining service life calculation, air permeability profiles, lab paper tests, fabric repairs as well as troubleshooting and commissioning. The company was founded in 1782 in Mariaweiler near Düren and was part of the international ANDRITZ Group with a worldwide sales and service network. The Mariaweiler plant (Lommessemstraße 32-36, Düren) was closed in April 2025; ANDRITZ Kufferath s.r.o. continues to operate at the Levice site (Slovakia).
