Anfratec was founded on 29.02.1992 in Schmalkalden as an independent company and served to implement the goal of the parent company Ankosoft: to comprehensively expand professional consulting and service for private and business users of computer technology. The company offers custom PC manufacturing with components chosen according to customer wishes, whereby the configuration is not predefined and customers can freely determine it with professional advice. In addition to consulting and sales, the range of services includes fault diagnosis, repairs, conversion and upgrading, as well as complete system installations – regardless of whether the system comes from in-house production or another manufacturer. Via manufacturer partners, repairs of devices such as printers, monitors, notebooks and mini-PCs are covered through specialized workshops. The offering also includes fast on-site service as well as the adaptation of computer workstations up to the integration of small and medium-sized networks in industry.
