About Anistek Mechatronic

Anistek Mechatronic GmbH is a manufacturer specializing in servopress technology for complete production systems for the forming of aluminium foil and paper, particularly aluminium trays (Foil Trays/Pans) for the food packaging industry. The company was established in 2014 in Germany following the relocation from its original site in northern Italy, where servopress development has been ongoing since 2005. The service portfolio includes mechanical engineering (CAD, 3D), tool and mold design (SCHLANK mold program), PLC and software development, pneumatics and electronics systems, machine assembly as well as installation and commissioning; a team of engineers provides sales service and support. Core products are the fully automatic Servopress CNC 1000 with over 1060 mm foil width and over 20,000 parts per hour as well as the patented all-in-one Servopress MONO500 with over 500 mm foil width and over 7,200 parts per hour (120 strokes/min), complemented by the stacking unit STK-C4. A further application is the complete development of technology for manufacturing aluminium capsules (Nespresso format). Commercial operations, design and assembly are located south of Munich in Geretsried, with headquarters in Oberhaching (Oedenpullach); assembly and production take place on the southern shore of Lake Garda in northern Italy. Machines are sold worldwide, including to Latin America.
