About AnodiTec
AnodiTec is a contract manufacturer specialising in the surface finishing of aluminium, with plants in Hamburg and Sontra. The core process is anodising (anodic oxidation) using the DC sulphuric acid process (GS process), in which the aluminium base material is converted into a layer-forming aluminium oxide (Al2O3) – from the smallest components to series parts and large plates and profiles. Standard colours are natural, light bronze and black; colour anodising/colour anodisation also produces special colours such as gold, blue, red, turquoise, green, purple and pink. The surface condition is specifically set in advance through grinding, brushing and polishing. In addition, upstream and downstream processing steps, batch processing, partial anodising (masking with adhesive tapes or masking paints) as well as technical consulting and logistics services are offered. Components come, among others, from mechanical engineering (turned and milled parts, gears, cooling plates), façade and window construction, interior fittings, staircase and railing construction, automotive (pedals), lighting (reflectors) as well as art, design and the ecclesiastical sector. Both sites are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.

Aluminium
The only material for contract anodising; layer properties (Al2O3) depend on the respective alloy.
Anodising (anodic oxidation, GS process)
DC sulphuric acid process for producing corrosion- and wear-protective aluminium oxide layers in natural, light bronze and black.
Colour anodising / colour anodisation
Colouring of anodised layers in special colours such as gold, blue, red, turquoise, green, purple and pink.
Grinding, brushing, polishing
Pre- and post-processing for specifically setting the surface condition from high-gloss to matt.
Hardening (mechanical)
