About the Antersdorfer Mühle
The Antersdorfer Mühle is an organic food manufacturer from the small village of Antersdorf in Lower Bavaria. Founded in 1884, the company is one of the organic pioneers in Germany and converted its mill entirely to organic as early as the 1970s; today only organic products are produced. The range includes classic milled products, vegan baking mixes and creative finished products for quick cooking in various packaging sizes. The grain is supplied by around 250 organic farmers from the region around Antersdorf; local raw materials carry the 'regional & fair' seal certified by Biokreis.
