About Anthon Handling Systems
Anthon Handling Systems GmbH (AHS) is a company founded in 1972, based in Hemmoor in Lower Saxony, that develops and builds handling systems and plants for the manufacture of furniture and floor coverings. The portfolio includes packaging and transport systems, multifunctional feeding and stacking systems, custom commissioning systems for buffering, decoupling and sorting individual parts, as well as robotic applications for palletizing, sorting and pick-and-place applications. The system solutions combine a high proportion of standard components with customer-specific new developments based on a modular design approach and include in-house software for machine control, which ensures a continuous data flow across all plant sections. Drive, vacuum and control technology are continuously further developed. In 2020, the company was acquired by Anthon GmbH and relocated to larger production halls in Hemmoor; from there, AHS plans and manufactures handling systems for customers worldwide.
