About HamburgHolz.de
HamburgHolz.de is a firewood business based in Hamburg-Groß Borstel, specialising in extra dry, stove-ready firewood in beech, oak, ash, birch and cherry. The product range includes various packaging sizes – pallets (1 cubic metre stacked), big bags and boxes – as well as beech fire bowl wood, ENplus A1 quality wood pellets and firelighters. Delivery is free to the door throughout Hamburg, by pallet to Schleswig-Holstein and northern Lower Saxony, and to additional postcodes on request; in 2013 a delivery was made to Sylt by cargo sailing vessel. The log length is approx. 25 cm with a residual moisture content of up to 18%. The business particularly targets city residents in Hamburg who heat with a fireplace or stove, and offers advice, collection from the warehouse and a time-flexible delivery service. The legal form is a GbR (civil law partnership), run by Anthony and Susanne Agasi.
