About Anti-Germ

Anti-Germ Deutschland GmbH, based in Memmingen, was part of the international Anti-Germ Group, a chemical company that manufactured and distributed professional cleaning and disinfection solutions. The product portfolio comprised more than 1200 products, technologies and services for professional hygiene, including cleaning and disinfection agents, biocides and special cleaners. Customers came mainly from the food and beverage industry, agriculture, the hotel and restaurant sector (HORECA), hospitals and healthcare facilities, rail vehicle cleaning, as well as building and special cleaning companies. With around 400–420 employees and 13 subsidiaries, the group was active in Europe and Asia and generated revenue of around 80 million euros in 2017. Production took place among other locations in Germany, Austria (Neumarkt am Wallersee) and France (Vaas). After the acquisition by Paragon Partners in 2015, the company was merged in June 2018 with Hypred, Medentech, LCB Food Safety and G3 into the Kersia group; Anti-Germ International GmbH was liquidated.
