About Antiquitäten Helgers
Antiquitäten Georg Helgers is a master craftsman business in Xanten that has specialised for around 50 years in antique oak furniture from the 16th to 18th centuries as well as antiques. The range includes high-quality oak furniture, antique pewter, copper and brass as well as ceramics, stoneware and earthenware. The company operates its own restoration workshop in which antique pieces of furniture are professionally reworked; consultation and sales are the additional focus. At the Siegfriedstraße 23 location there are exhibition rooms, a large warehouse of unrestored furniture and the restoration workshop. The premises are around a five-minute walk from Xanten's town centre, behind the Klever Tor in the direction of the Roman Museum. Work is carried out to order and to the best of one's knowledge and belief on a one-off basis; series production does not take place.
