Anton Gastl Metallverarbeitung - Schweißbetrieb is a specialist welding and metal processing company founded in 2002, based in Friedberg near Augsburg. Its service portfolio includes MIG/MAG/TIG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, stud welding, spot welding up to 4 mm sheet thickness, vessel welding and fabrication, and pipe welding. In addition, the company manufactures enclosures, carries out series production, and finishes parts and assemblies by grinding, polishing, fine finishing and final finishing. Customers come from agricultural machinery manufacturing, pipe and sheet metal processing, enclosure and plant engineering, and custom metal construction, mostly from a catchment area of around 100 kilometres around the site. In addition to the Gastl family, twelve other employees work at the company, including trained welders.
