Anton Kapper – Konstruktion und Verschleißschutz is an owner-managed sole proprietorship based in Düren. For many years, the company has been a partner to the paper industry and the ceramics industry and manufactures components for general mechanical engineering. Its services include the armoring and repair of machines and machine parts based on in-house drawings, substance-preserving build-up welding and weld armoring of wear-exposed components such as rotors, hole plates, screw rotors, pump impellers, press screws and conveyor screws, as well as the reconditioning and repair of machines and components. In addition, new designs of machines, assemblies and individual parts as well as new supply of machine parts such as gearbox shafts, refiner shafts, rolls and hole plates are offered. New design work is carried out in CAD (AutoCAD Mechanical, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, Kuhlmann Modus) with technical calculation software; the workshop includes, among other things, a rotary table grinding machine (approx. Ø 2400 mm), radial drilling machines, welding systems (pulse and powder welding) and a plasma cutting system for stainless steel up to 45 mm, on 700 m² of operating space with three crane systems.
