Anton Toben Maschinenbau GmbH in Werlte is a family-run contract manufacturer with two generations of experience in mechanical engineering. The company produces turned and milled parts to customer drawings, including spur gears up to Ø 300 mm (module 12) and gear racks module 12, as well as welded assemblies using gas-shielded welding (tMAG, MIG/MAG). In addition, it offers press work (bending, punching, edging), rolling of sheet metal up to 2000 × 2000 × 10 mm, flame cutting up to 4000 × 3000 × 120 mm as well as cathodic dip painting, powder coating and final painting to customer specification. Grinding, hardening, chrome plating, galvanizing, sandblasting and sheet folding are offered through established partner companies. The machine base includes several horizontal CNC machining centres (up to 6000 × 1500 × 2000 mm), CNC lathes and vertical turret lathes, as well as a climate-controlled Mitutoyo Crysta Apex C122010 CNC coordinate measuring machine. Products are used in a range of industries as custom-made one-offs.
