About ANYBRID
ANYBRID GmbH develops and manufactures in Dresden mobile plant technology for flying injection molding (Flying Injection Molding) as well as hybrid plastic components based on this technology. The robotized injection molding machine ROBIN weighs around 150 kg, features a lightweight clamping system with a carbon C-frame (clamping force up to 6–10 t), a plunger injection molding system with a maximum shot weight of approx. 50 g, and processes all common thermoplastics up to PEEK as well as wood and bio-based materials. Using linear axis systems or 6-axis robotics, profiles, 3D-printed panels and inserts can be flexibly injection-molded onto multiple positions and integrated into existing production lines. The service portfolio ranges from feasibility assessment through product development and tool making to pilot production, material and process qualification, and the delivery of ROBIN systems as well as the MALI linear system solution. Applications lie in energy technology, aviation, industrial engineering, furniture, caravans, commercial vehicles and electrical engineering.
