Company
deutsche zauntechnik is the sales brand of AOS Stahl GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Wetter (Ruhr). Founded in 2003, the company manufactures fence and gate systems ranging from private garden fences to industrial enclosures, including double-bar fence panels, fence posts, swing gates, sliding gates, and privacy screen, gabion and aluminium plug-in fence systems. Production takes place at the Wetter and Volmarstein sites on fully automated welding systems and four post production lines, producing several thousand fence posts per day. All fence panels, gate leaves and posts are hot-dip galvanized in an immersion bath in accordance with DIN and powder-coated with plastic in a multi-layer, fully automated stoving process. In addition to series production, individual customer requirements and custom constructions are realized. On a total warehousing area of 125,000 m², more than 100,000 fence panels and more than 7,500 gate leaves are kept in stock; 2,000 picks are picked daily and around 60,000 orders are processed per year. Customers include fence construction, landscaping (GaLaBau), trade, industry, logistics, solar parks, critical infrastructure and public-sector clients; the project business operates worldwide, including container loading and export logistics.
