About apc-tec
apc-tec GmbH is a full-service provider for additive manufacturing and design based in Limburg an der Lahn. Founded in 2019 by Paul Bocionek and Alexander Petri, the company manufactures components using industrial 3D printing, especially the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) process, from a quantity of 1 through prototypes and pilot series to series production. In addition to actual manufacturing, apc-tec offers design, CAD data and component optimization, process optimization, post-processing and surface treatment of 3D-printed parts, as well as assembly and regulatory documentation. The specialization lies in regulated markets such as the food, pharmaceutical and packaging industries, where components must be deployable in a regulated manner for hygiene-sensitive processes and controlled production environments – from material evaluation through design to documentation as an overall system. Further customer segments are the electrical industry, the consumer market, mechanical engineering and automation technology. Production with its own machine fleet is located at the headquarters at Industriestraße 11-13 in Limburg; the company financed the setup predominantly through debt capital (Innovationskredit Hessen innovation loan).
