The company was founded in 1894 as Cleveland Pneumatic Tool Company in Cleveland/Ohio and is today a global provider with locations in North America, Europe and Asia. In Germany, headquarters and manufacturing are located in Westhausen; another development and manufacturing site is Győr in Hungary.
