About Apinex
Apinex GmbH Kunststofftechnik specializes in the manufacture of technical plastic parts using the injection molding process. Technical high-performance plastics such as PBT, PA, LCP, PPS, PEEK and silicone are processed. The foundation is the company's own development and production of high-precision injection and stamping tools, which are equipped with state-of-the-art sensor technology; this keeps part quality constant over the entire service life. Production takes place on 35 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 25 to 200 t and shot weights of 0.4 to 200 g; part weights of 0.002 to 50 g and 1 to 64 cavities per tool are covered. In addition, the company offers assembly as well as inspection tasks on automated inspection machines. 75 employees work on a production area of 5,800 m².
