About us
For more than 25 years, Apparatebau Hambühren GmbH has been manufacturing technologically demanding, custom-adapted pressure vessels as well as complete systems. The service portfolio includes pressure vessel manufacturing with a maximum diameter of 3000 mm and a maximum weight of 15 tonnes, plant engineering including installation of electrical and pneumatic components in a modular building block system, as well as welding work on steel and stainless steel performed exclusively by certified welders. The workshop equipment comprises 18 welding machines, two plasma cutting machines, turning devices up to 20 tonnes, a guillotine shear, punch press, rolling machine, lathe, as well as a band saw and circular saw. The core competency is manufacturing according to AD 2000 and the Pressure Equipment Directive based on the HP0 approval of TÜV NORD. Customers come from the fields of steam and condensate management, boiler technology and apparatus engineering, including Gestra AG and DILO Armaturen und Anlagen GmbH. The company is based in Hambühren near Celle.

Manufacturing is carried out exclusively by certified welders according to the QM system approved by TÜV NORD (HP0, AD 2000, DIN EN ISO 3834) and the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. A quality management system according to ISO 9001 has been in place since 2003.
