APRO Ingenieurbüro GmbH, based in the Leuna Chemical Park, plans process plants for the chemical industry, plants for sugar production and processing, power plant facilities, sewage and water treatment plants, water treatment systems, silo systems and bulk material conveying technology, compressed air systems, industrial piping, tank systems and vessels, as well as steam and condensate systems. The range of services includes consulting and feasibility studies, factory and general planning, process technology development and design with basic and detail engineering, permitting design under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and Water Resources Act (WHG), piping design including pipe stress analysis, design of apparatuses, vessels and steel structures including FEM calculations, structural engineering, EMSR and process control system planning, building services planning as well as commissioning and technical documentation. APRO works with CAD software based on AutoCAD and Microstation as well as the CAESAR II and ROHR 2 program systems. The company is part of the Hegmanns AG corporate group and covers all phases of the planning process – for complete projects or individual sub-areas.
