About Aprosell Frucht
Aprosell Frucht GmbH is an Austrian contract and private-label manufacturer of fruit products based in St. Pölten. At the plant built in 2023, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, jams, roasted fruit spreads, fruit spreads and plum butter are produced. Production takes place in a closed tank system with vacuum cooking, mixing, pasteurisation and filling into jars as well as bulk barrels; the batch size is up to 2000 kg. Heat supply is CO2-neutral via a biomass steam generation plant, and a CIP system and cooling towers reduce water and resource consumption. Customers are primarily retail chains for private labels as well as the food industry; in addition, customised fruit derivatives are produced. Since 2025, the site has been certified to IFS Food Version 8 (Base level, 92.28%).
