About APS

APS Automatisierte Produktions-Systeme Gesellschaft m.b.H., headquartered in Höchst (Vorarlberg, Austria), develops and manufactures machines and systems for additive manufacturing as well as composite components. The core product is the "W" printer series (including model W2.0) with patented CFF technology (Continuous Filament Fabrication) for components with continuous fiber reinforcement; in addition, APS offers 3D printing with plastic pellets, the 3D Print+Processing Center for post-processing via drilling, milling and handling, as well as Print & Place for the integration of components directly into the printing process. With 3D waterjet cutting systems (5-axis, water pressure above 6000 bar), the company also cuts composite materials. The portfolio further includes industrial systems and special-purpose machinery with integrated robotics (KUKA, Stäubli, Kawasaki) as well as the manufacture of high-strength carbon fiber components, mold tooling and negative molds. The site comprises a design office, test lab, assembly hall and production hall. Customers come from the automotive, motorsport, manufacturing and defense sectors, including racing car constructor Pedrazza Racing.
