About APS Solutions

APS Solutions GmbH was founded in 1992 as aps Sales & Service GmbH by a group of European semiconductor equipment and materials specialists with the goal of bundling product sales and service in Europe. The company continuously expanded its portfolio with test equipment for the semiconductor industry, including wafer test probe cards, high-performance test sockets, PCB interface solutions, analytical probe stations, handlers and probe card analyzers. In 2014, APS opened the RCDD in Dresden, a repair center for probe cards. In early 2024 the company filed for insolvency and ceased operations; several product lines were transferred to other providers such as BE Precision Technology BV. The former managing director Hanns-Georg Ochsenkühn is now active through HG Semiconductor Solutions.
