About APT

APT Advanced Polymer Tubing GmbH is a manufacturer of demanding hose applications made from fully and partially fluorinated high-performance polymers. On modern extrusion lines, the company produces smooth hoses, shrink tubing and profiles made of PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE and THV, which can be used continuously at temperatures from −200 °C to +260 °C. The value chain extends from product development and plant engineering to in-house tool and mold making; production is carried out by conventional extrusion, co-extrusion with functional stripes, and paste extrusion of PTFE including sintering. Hoses are monitored with 100 % inline X-ray inspection and pressure-tested in an in-house test bench (up to 4,000 bar, up to 150 °C). Customers come from the semiconductor industry, pharma, Food & Beverage, chemistry, laboratory and process engineering. APT is part of the Masterflex Group headquartered in Gelsenkirchen; production and sales are located in Düsseldorf-Benrath.
