About Aqua System Technologie
Aqua System Technologie GmbH is a company based in Eberschwang in the Innviertel region of Upper Austria that has been planning environmental and industrial technologies since 1996 and realizing them as a general contractor. The product range includes drinking water reservoirs including pipework, spring shafts, spring collectors, valve chamber reservoirs, technical shafts, shaft and special structures, special fittings for sewer construction as well as the equipping of small wastewater treatment plants. Tanks are manufactured individually in stainless steel (pipe diameter 1000–4000 mm), GRP (800–3000 mm) and PP/PE-HD (800–3600 mm, rectangular from sandwich panels or as double-wall profile-wound pipe). Stainless steel tanks are pickled and passivated on the inside and protected against corrosion on the outside with a fiberglass insulation. In addition, the company supplies water treatment technology such as ultrafiltration, UV disinfection, deacidification and pressure boosting systems. The reservoirs can be placed underground in gravel – without a concrete foundation – or installed above ground and mounted including a prefabricated valve chamber. Customers include, among others, municipal utilities and regional authorities in Austria and Italy.

Materials & Processes
Stainless steel
Drinking water reservoirs, spring collectors and valve chamber reservoirs, pickled and passivated inside, insulated against corrosion on the outside with fiberglass, tested with 15,000 volt breakdown voltage.
GRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic)
Individually manufactured spring shafts, well chambers and wastewater tanks with stainless steel pipework, structurally calculated according to ATV 127.
PP
Rectangular tanks made of sandwich panels and pipework for drinking water and wastewater.
PE-HD
Double-wall profile-wound pipes and tanks with low weight, with or without valve chamber.
Fiberglass insulation
Exterior protection of stainless steel tanks against corrosion.
Rounded gravel 4/8
Bedding material for reservoirs placed underground without a concrete foundation.
