AQUACHEM GmbH Separationstechnik, based in Senden (Bavaria), develops and manufactures membrane and chamber filter presses for solid-liquid separation. The product range spans from simple manual chamber filter presses (LC and EC series, up to 15 barg) through semi-automated systems (AC series) to fully automated membrane filter presses (AF series) that operate without personnel and achieve machine availability of up to 98%. For beverages, food and pharmaceuticals, the EC-Beverage series is available. Every system is individually adapted to the properties of the suspension; as standard, sealed filter plates are used to prevent suspensions from escaping. In addition to plant engineering, AQUACHEM conducts filtration tests with laboratory and pilot filters and offers consulting, process design, training and customer service. Customer industries include, among others, industrial wastewater treatment, the automotive industry, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, construction, recycling, chemicals, waste incineration (WtE) as well as research & development.
